Project Overview:
Howspace, a B2B SaaS platform focused on scaling involvement within companies, launched a new version of its platform. The goal was to create a marketing plan that would boost awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
Role and Responsibilities:
I led the entire marketing campaign from planning through to execution and results reporting, ensuring everything aligned with Howspace’s brand identity in both visuals and messaging. My role emphasised storytelling and art direction to create a cohesive and impactful campaign.
Key Challenges and Solutions:
The complexity of Howspace’s platform and messaging presented a challenge: how to clearly and compellingly showcase the benefits of the new version. We overcame this by crafting a campaign that communicated the platform’s value in a simple and engaging way.
Creative Process:
Considering the target audience and their needs, we developed a multi-phase plan spanning four months, from initial context setting to the final launch. To make the concept of organisational transformation more relatable, we used the analogy of a voyage through stormy seas toward better weather, making the abstract concept more tangible and engaging.
Team Collaboration:
This launch was a cross-functional project involving multiple departments. I acted as the bridge between marketing and other teams, ensuring everyone was aligned with the marketing plan. I worked closely with the content marketing manager to ensure the messaging was clear and on point.
Outcome and Impact:
The campaign successfully increased awareness and generated significant buzz. During the launch week, we nearly doubled website traffic compared to the previous year, resulting in a substantial increase in leads.

I demonstrated the ability to plan, manage, and execute a long-term campaign, producing high-quality visual assets and delivering a powerful message within a tight schedule.
